Dog Food Secrets?
Since when did we need to start worrying about dog food?
Sadly, for the millions of people who own and love dogs, what we feed our pets has become an important issue.
Several weeks ago my German Shepherd went into some kind of cardiac arrest. She could barely walk, and was panting very hard. My wife and I were convinced we would lose her. She had watched our kids grow up and had protected our home for years.
We really couldn’t afford it, but we rushed her to the vet. We were both relieved to find out the problem was not life threatening, but the diet we had her on was killing her.
She deserved better.
It was then that I started searching for dog food secrets. Was it possible, or even feasible to start making food for her? I only knew at that point that she had to get off the store bought stuff. And I should have known better.
I used to work at a dog food processing plant. I knew that the major ingredient in dog food was soybean meal and grains—not meat. Dogs love and thrive on meats, not grain.
It was time for a change.
In my search for information I learned that any dog that eats commercial dog food is at a much higher risk of dying prematurely. Yes, commercial dog food can create serious health risks for your dog.
But it doesn’t have to be that way. You can learn about a simple solution proven to increase the lifespan of your dog by up to 134% and save you up to $10,000 here.
A man by the name of John Miller has also developed over 200 recipes for dog food. Using his recipes you can easily make dog food and dog treats that are tailored to your dog's exact needs. My German Shepherd is an older dog, and yes, because of me she has a weight problem. Miller’s recipe for older, large-breed dogs was perfect.

Aside from the diet and health issues, by learning how to make your own dog food, you can actually save money. Give it a try.
My dog is glad I did. And now that she is healthier, I’m out of the dog house with my wife.
